As a Providence City Councilor and accomplished state leader, Sue has a track record of rolling up her sleeves, getting things done, and making government work. Sue is running to bring a new energy to the Lieutenant Governor's office, and fight tirelessly to put the power back in the hands of Rhode Islanders.

Sue has spent her entire career asking one simple question: What are you going to do about it?

We have big challenges here in Rhode Island, and need leaders who will stand up for Rhode Islanders, take these challenges head on, and fight every day to deliver real results.

Sue knows what our government is capable of, because she has spent years doing the work.

Sue has passed effective legislation as a Providence City Councilor, lowering the city's energy costs, improving the safety of our roads, and fighting back against corporate interests.

As Rhode Island’s first Director of Food Strategy, Sue implemented a comprehensive plan across state agencies to support our local farmers, fishers, and food businesses, address our hunger issues, and tackle food waste.

As the Northeast Director of Climate and Energy at the world's largest environmental non-profit, Sue managed complex teams and strategies from Maine to West Virginia.

And as your next Lieutenant Governor, Sue will take on our state's hardest issues, stick her neck out to fight for Rhode Islanders, and bring a new positive, progressive energy to this office.
